Typical League Life-Cycle
Create The League
- Maintenance > Configure Leagues > Select Year > Select Season > "Add"
- Typically: enter 'Day Of Week', 'Fee', an all-inclusive 'Time Slot Description', 'First Date',
'League Description', 'Qty. Weeks'
- Maximum Qty. Teams can be a "target" number of teams, leave "Qty. Teams Signed-Up" as zero.
- To have a league appear in the "Sign-up Information" page: [check] 'Registration List'
- To have a league be open for registration: [check] 'Registration Open'
- To have a league display "League Full": [check] 'Registration Full'
Note: if a league is full, but registration is open, then a "waiting list" message will appear.

Common Tasks
To move a team from one league to another:
- Maintenance > League Teams > [select league] > Move Team League
Then one at a time, clicke the "Move" button in front of each team, and choose the other league.
To rename league:
- Maintenance > Configure Leagues > Edit (in front of the desired league) > League Description: (box) > Save
To "hide" a league from registration or the schedule page:
- Maintenance > Configure Leagues > Edit (in front of the desired league) >
Registration List: [uncheck] -AND/OR- List Schedule: [uncheck] > Save
To manually add a single date to the schedule:
- Maintenance > Schedule Dates > [select league] > Add (single date) >
Week No: [enter 1 for first week], Date: [enter date] > Save
To manually add the schedule for a date:
- Maintenance > Schedule Detail > [select league] > Quick-Edit (in front of the desired date) >
in the boxes for slots 1 thru 3 enter team numbers separated by a hypen > Save
Example: "1-2" "3-4" "5-6"
To create a new "Time Slots" configuration:
- Create the Time Slot Definition:
Maintenance > Time Slots > Add >
Enter Qty. Slots, example: 4
Enter a Slot Desctiption, example: 6:15 thru 8:15
Enter a Long Description, example: 6:15, 7:15, 8:15 x 1 Field
> Save
- Create the detail definition for a "Time Slot":
Maintenance > Time Slots > Edit (in front of the definition just created)
> Edit Detail > (entered time and corresponding Play Area number) > Save
To assign the NEW "Time Slot" configuration to a league:
- Maintenance > Configure Leagues > Edit (in front of desired league)
> Time Slot Description: (drop-down box) choose desired Slot Description > Save
TIP: when you create a new "Time Slot" configuration, remember the corresponding number
for that configuration.
To hide the "double-headers" note:
- Maintenance > Configure Leagues > Edit (in front of MEN'S LOWER) > Has Double Headers: [uncheck] > Save
To hide the field nick-names, and just go with "Field 1"
- Maintenance > Sport Settings > Use Play Area Nick-Name: [uncheck] > Save
To review a schedule:
- Maintenance > Preview Schedule > [select league]
To "Post" a schedule to the website:
- Maintenance > Configure Leagues > Edit (in front of MEN'S LOWER) > Post Schedule: [check] > Save
To BULK "List" (or "UnList") leagues to the "Leagues" page on the website:
- Maintenance > Configure Leagues > Bulk Edit Season (upper-right "Quick Links")
- CAREFULLY: review the Year and Season, be SURE you are bulk changing the correct season!
- Optional: Change Year and/or Season in upper-left "Seasons" box to the correct season.
- In far left column, [check] the leagues you want to bulk change.
- Optional: [check] the VERY TOP box to select ALL leagues in the list.
- In the "Schedule - List" column, at the bottom, change drop-down to "Yes" (or "No").
- Below the drop-down, [check] the box.
- CAREFULLY: review all the items that have changed to light-blue, these are the values that
will be bulk changed to the value in the drop-down box.
- Click "Save".
To email several leagues at the same time:
- Maintenance > E-Mail All Leagues (lower-middle) > Multi-Select Leagues (button on left side)
> [check] the leagues to be emailed > click "Compose E-Mail" at bottom > Compose message
(per normal) > Send
To auto-fill remaining schedule dates (when at least one date exists):
- Maintenance > Schedule Dates > {select league} > Auto-Fill Dates > optionally [check]
"Last Week Is Playoff" > Ok
To quick print-out a score sheet for recording wins/losses from "Schedule Detail" page:
- When you are on the "Schedule Detail" page, with a league selected, you can use the
"First Score Sheet" button to print-out a sheet for first week wins/losses.
Alternate method to print-out score sheet:
- Maintenance > Print Score Sheet > [select league] > [select date]
(score sheet opens in new window, for easy return to the "Print Score Sheet" page).
Per field/court method to print-out score sheet:
- Maintenance > Print Score Sheet > (at left) List Mode: select "Each Day Per PlayArea" > [select day of week] > [select date]
(score sheet opens in new window, for easy return to the "Print Score Sheet" page).
To enter results
- Maintenance > Enter Results (upper-left) > {select league} > {select date} > key-in the
wins/losses for each team.
TIP: you can use the "Tab" key to hop from box to box.
TIP: after you click "Save" go look at the very bottom for "Open", this will open a
"combination" results & standings sheet for NEXT week (the sheet will open in a new window,
so that you don't lose your place on the "Enter Results" window).
Note:
- On different pages where "Select Date" is an option, BE AWARE that sometimes the PRIOR
WEEK is hi-lighted blue (like for entering results), and other pages the NEXT WEEK is
hi-lighted (like printing score sheets).
To delete a team from a league:
- Maintenance > League Teams > [select league] > click "Delete" in front of team that you
want to delete.
